To obtain a Chauffeurs Permit download the Chauffeurs application in the Forms section, sponsorship letter, and copy of drivers license with a fee of $30.00. to the Fleet Maintenance Office at 2100 Seymour Hwy, Wichita Falls TX during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
