Responsibilities
The Lake Lot Division acts as the liaison between the City of Wichita Falls and the Lake Arrowhead and Lake Kickapoo leaseholders. The Lake Lot Division office prepares new leases, transfers existing leases, performs weekly lake lot inspections, and receives and processes lease payments.
In addition, this office works in conjunction with the State and other City departments in making the lakes safe and environmentally friendly.
