  2. Texas/Oklahoma Fair

    Lots of great Fair Food will be offered...super lighted Midway with exciting rides and games. Military Night...with all military personnel and their families admitted to the Fair Grounds FREE will be Grand Opening Night on Tuesday. Gates open at 6 pm weeknights and 1 pm on Saturday. The Exhibit Hall closes at 10 pm nightly, but the Midway remains open later.

    Could you survive on Mars?!? Families with children 5 & up - Join us in the Room of Requirement to learn about the three basic needs for survival: food, shelter, and water. Enjoy fun hands-on activities with the Texas Master Gardeners & MSU Engineering students as we explore what is needed to grow food, how to make a water filter, and build a shelter. Best suited for ages 5 & up. Families with children 5 & under - Join us on a fun space walk in the Activity Room for 5 fun space-themed craft stations with rocket art, discovering the phases of the moon, make and take moon rocks, planet painting, and charting the stars.
