This service provides free HIV and Syphilis Testing to all members of the community. The HIV Prevention Program also provides prevention/result counseling, referrals (if necessary), partner notification consistent with DSHS guidelines, linkage of positive reactors to medical and case management services. This program serves Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger, and Young counties. prograThis m also manages a Condom Distribution Program that provides free condoms throughout the community.
